These terms cover your use of this website. Using the site means you accept them.

## Information on this site

This site gives general information about the services on offer. It isn't an offer to carry out any particular repair, and I try to keep it accurate but can't promise it's always complete or up to date.

## Enquiries and repairs

Sending the form doesn't create a contract or commit either of us to a repair. Price and scope are agreed with you before any work begins.

Keep a backup of anything important where you can. Data recovery from a failing device can't always succeed.

## Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, including by sending spam, attempting to break its security or interfering with how it runs.

## Liability

The site is provided as it is. I'm not responsible for losses caused by relying on its general information or by it being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

## Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in.
