PG Computer Repair is a one-person, independent IT shop. When you send a ticket, you're talking to the person who'd do the work, not a call centre or a sales team.

## How I work

- **Plain English.** I'll explain what's wrong and what your options are.
- **No upselling.** If an inexpensive fix will do, that's what I'll suggest.
- **Honest about limits.** If something isn't worth repairing or needs a specialist, I'll tell you.
- **Your data stays yours.** I only look at what the job requires.

## Why it covers more than repairs

Computers, Wi-Fi, smart devices and cameras all depend on each other now, so a problem in one often turns out to be caused by another. I run my own home network, smart home and cameras, so I've lived with the kit I recommend.

## Why there's only a form

There's no public phone number or address. The form means every enquiry arrives with the details I need, and you get a considered reply instead of a rushed call.
